For all existing uploads, there is an example file and instructions where possible, on how to get exactly the same report.

List of possible problems:
1. The format of your report is different than the one in the example.
2. The file has been saved in the wrong format.
3. Numbers have been saved as text.
4. A different broker is set up in your account settings. Open account settings and set the broker whose report you are uploading.
